All users MUST read and AGREE to these terms & conditions to use Eve City services

If you currently have a blog site with Eve City and you do not agree to these terms & conditions, please use the form in our support section to have the blog site removed or simply stop using it immediately.

Eve City Blog sites cannot be used for any of the following

• PORNOGRAPHY of any kind
• Warez or Filez
• Torrent Lists
• Any ILLEGAL activities
• SPAMMING, SPLOGGING etc

Eve City reserves the right to suspend, delete or remove access to any of our blog sites for
any reason we see fit. All Eve City decisions are final and will not be negotiated.

Eve City will not tolerate any of the above listed site types, however we do not limit the types of sites we
will not allow. If we find anything not listed that we find offensive or defamatory or just in bad taste we may remove it immediately.

Eve city allows members to have as many free blog sites as they want, however if we find you are using these sites for spamming, splogging etc. We will terminate your acount immediately.

All members (someone who is running a blog site from EveCity) and their users agree to NOT have any content that may damage or disrupt Eve City’s reputation in anyway shape or form. If we find anyone breaking this rule we will remove their account immediately.

All members are responsible for the content on their EveCity blog. If you have a user that is posting offensive or illegal content we will remove your account immediately. Please make sure you watch the content on your blog site andremove anything that is offensive or illegal.

Eve City is not responsible for any downtime we may experience, we offer our services “as is” and this can include downtime for any reason. We do not offer any uptime guarantees, however we are sure our current uptime is in the 99% range.

Due to the free nature of these blog sites, Eve City does not guarantee there will be no data loss. We will do our best to maintain
the system, but if data loss occurs we are not responsible. For a small charge we can offer any members a fully independent wodpress with backup services. Simply contact us through the contact page with any inquiries.

Eve City works hard to maintain the integrity of the blog network, but we cannot be everywhere at once. For
this reason we will not be held liable or responsible for any content on any of these blog sites. We will act on all reports and try to keep on top of inspections and regular checks, but sometimes things slip past. If you want to report a blog site please use the form in the support section.

All members and users should be aware, if we do find any ILLEGAL or PORNAGRAPIC content any any of our blogs, we will suspend the owners access immediately and contact the relivent law enforcement agency.

Tos use any of Eve City services you must have read and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions you should stop using the blog site immediately. Please use the support section to have it removed.
